What's included in a clean?
Each service that we do is a whole house clean, unless there are specific needs within a serice. You are free to choose add-ons to your clean, such as inside the fridge, baseboards, interior windows, oven cleaning, and more. You may also check out our House page to view our checklist.
What is a deep clean?
A deep clean has a more extensive checklist compared to our general clean. We would recommend a Deep Clean if your home 1) has not been cleaned in the past 2 months, or 2) your home is not being maintained on a regular basis. If not selected, if may be added upon arrival if the home requires more work than expected. Of course, we will always contact you before making any price adjustments!
Can I request the same or a different cleaner?
Yes, of course! For recurring services, by default we assign the same cleaner to your home each time. We honor the trust that is built between your and our cleaning team. However, if you would like to try out other teams, please let us know! Similarly, if we need to send out a different team, we will inform you beforehand.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
There is no need to be! As long as we have clear instructions on how to access your home, we will handle the rest.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Both debit cards and credit cards are accepted. There are no processing fees for any of our charges. We unfortunately do not accept cash or check payments.
Can I have just the common areas cleaned?
Yes, you can! However, our pricing would vary depending on square feet. Our minimum pricing starts at 1,000 square feet. We have a number of customers who also prefer to have one level of their home cleaned only, instead of including the entire house.

Cleango operates from Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm Central Time.

Cleango loves pets! We understand that we are not just entering your home, but your pet's home as well, so we want to make sure that your pets are as comfortable as possible while our cleaning team is there. Upon booking a service, our sales team may ask if you have any pets in the house so that our cleaning teams can take any necessary precautions and arrangements.
Can I trust the cleaner coming into my home?
You certainly can! Our cleaners go through a rigorous screening process - we would only work with cleaners we would trust to clean our own homes, and we have high standards! All of our cleaners:

How long will it take to clean?
As long as it takes! Our services are based on the size of your home and the type of service you would like to have, so our cleaners make sure they go through every task on the checklist. We prioritize quality over time,
Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?
Yes, we will come with all the supplies needed for your cleaning! However, if you have any products that you would prefer our cleaners to use instead, that is also completely alright. Just let us know upon making your booking and we'll relay this to the cleaners.
Can i reschedule or cancel a service?
Yes you definitely can! Please let us know at least 24 hours before service is scheduled to start to avoid any cancellation or reschedule fees. This can be done with our online portal or simply by contacting us via email or phone call.
What is the Cleango Happiness Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your clean, let us know within 48 hours since your cleaning finished and we will come back to re-clean for free. We take our work seriously and our top priority is to make sure our services deliver the best quality cleaning possible
